Planetarium

/planetario-3.jpg

L'ideatorio's planetarium set up inside the House of sustainability is a modern digital installation that, although small in size (23 seats), allows visitors to experience the spectacles offered by the world's largest planetariums. Inside the dome, you can travel through space to different destinations: from the Solar System to the most distant galaxies. From travelling to the Moon to discovering the constellations shining in the sky.

Regardless of the journey one undertakes, the planetarium is a particularly educational tool when it comes to sustainability, as it allows one to become aware of the fragility of our planet and our cosmic position, encouraging us to preserve and protect the natural resources and the environment around us. Astronomy has indeed revealed to us the vulnerability of our planet, showing us that the Earth is a small and precious oasis in the vast universe.

The planetarium is also a tool available to Bachelor students participating in Alpine seminars.

Screenings are always accompanied by a scientific mediator and last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of group.
